To complement our team at the location in Bülach, we are looking for a Clerk Import/Export European Land Transport 100% from March 1, 2026, or by arrangement
What you do
- Support and advise customers
- Processing special orders, customer complaints, and customer billing including deadline monitoring
- Processing and managing our system transports
- Billing of import dossiers
- Creation, dispatch, and evaluation of offers
- Checking and posting supplier invoices
- Preparation of statistics for performance measurement and billing
- Contact person for internal and external inquiries
- General organizational and administrative tasks
- Completed commercial or equivalent training, ideally in the forwarding/transport industry
- Professional experience in the field of import/export of European land transport
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written; French skills are an advantage
- Good MS Office skills, experience with forwarding software is an advantage
- Independent and goal-oriented working style as well as strong customer and service orientation
- Organizational talent, reliability, flexibility, and team spirit
