Job Description
As a Junior Product Manager within our PreMaster Program, you will support the product management for the Hammer Drilling category. You will gain valuable experience in an international environment and take on exciting tasks right from the start.

Support the product management for the Hammer Drilling category as part of our PreMaster Program, gaining valuable experience in an international team.

Contribute to market intelligence by analyzing competitors, pricing, and sales and margin data to help guide our strategy.

Collaborate closely with international teams on product development, packaging projects, and new product launches.

Assist in key commercial activities, supporting the preparation of tenders, benchmarking, and promotional campaigns.

Help manage the product portfolio, maintain master data, and provide inputs for communication materials such as catalogues, videos, and leaflets.
Qualifications
Education: Completed studies in Business, Engineering, or a comparable qualification, as well as the firm intention to pursue a Master's degree in Switzerland.
Experience and know-how: Analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Personality and working style: You are communicative, proactive, and enjoy working in a team. A solution-oriented and creative approach, as well as an eye for detail, are characteristic of your working style.
Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English, German is a plus.
Additional Information
The Bosch PreMaster program is a two-stage program for committed bachelor's degree graduates who wish to continue on to a master's degree. After completing their bachelor's degree, participants gain up to 12 months of practical experience in the first phase, familiarizing themselves with technical and business contexts. The second phase comprises the master's degree program, which is continued on a part-time basis. The program includes additional events and seminars as well as personal support on the path to successful completion.
