For the acute care and emergency outpatient clinic service, we are looking for: A Head Nurse of a Care Unit (ICUS) at 80% with a minimum of 2 years of management experience in a hospital service Your missions: * In close collaboration with the medical department, ensure the quality of care in our 18-bed unit and 24/7 outpatient clinic * Manage the team and promote interdisciplinary work * Manage bed allocation and ensure efficient patient flow in the outpatient clinic, emergency department, and acute care unit * Participate in management reflections and actively contribute to the deployment of objectives linked to the institutional strategy * Embody and guarantee respect for institutional values * Ensure a stimulating social climate and team dynamics conducive to employee fulfillment Your profile: * Level 2 or HES nurse diploma, recognized by CRS, complemented by a proximity management certificate or equivalent * Proven management experience in the hospital field is essential (minimum 2 years) * Excellent organizational skills * Leadership, decision-making ability, and team-building skills * Interdisciplinary vision and strong interest in engaging a team * Analytical and synthesis skills * Interest and experience in project management * Good command of computer tools * Excellent communication skills * Ability to embody and enforce the values of RSBJ We offer: * The opportunity to join a dynamic team, attractive working conditions (FHV scales) * A managerial role allowing you to contribute to our projects, participate in the development of the care department and RSBJ, and contribute to the implementation of an innovative strategic plan focused on the population's health trajectory Start date: as soon as possible Information: Mrs. Corinne Girod - Director of the Care Department – 024 455 18 59 corinne.girod@rsbj.ch Application files: RSBJ – Human Resources – Mr. Zonca - rue des Rosiers 29 – 1450 Ste-Croix
