About the job
Bahoge (founded in 1948) is a non-profit housing cooperative with residential estates in the city and agglomeration of Zurich. It offers attractive living space in over 1000 apartments for more than 3000 people and lives the cooperative idea with people from all walks of life.
As reinforcement for our maintenance team, we are looking for a
Caretaker with Federal VET Diploma (100%)
Your tasks
- Carrying out minor repairs as well as recurring maintenance and servicing work
- Maintaining outdoor areas (including winter service) according to ecological and sustainable principles, in cooperation with our gardeners
- Organising and supervising repair work by specialist companies
- Coordinating, conducting and recording apartment inspections and handovers, in cooperation with property management
Your profile
- Craftsman training and ideally completed further training as a caretaker with a federal professional certificate
- Several years of practical professional experience
- Social competence and identification with the values of a housing cooperative
- Service orientation and ability to work in a team
- Independent and responsible working style
- Good oral and written communication skills in German
- Good IT user skills (MS Office)
- Driving licence category B (car)
