For the Les Tilleuls residence, a 55-bed EMS hosting people suffering from mental disorders,
The unit nurse manager's mission is to ensure the quality of care provided to the residents. He/she shares and promotes the management's philosophy while fostering a pleasant working atmosphere.
Profile sought
General nursing diploma
Team management certificate would be a plus
Experience in geriatrics or psychogeriatrics and team management
Knowledge of laws, regulations, and standards in force within EMS
Good knowledge of computer tools, especially PEP and SADIES
