- Proper instrumentation and assisting during procedures across our entire surgical spectrum with the latest surgical techniques and devices
- Carrying out all pre- and post-operative measures
- Competent preparation and operation of medical technology devices, instruments, and sterile goods
- Nursing care before, during, and after surgery for patients under local anesthesia
- Independent assurance of hygiene standards
- Interprofessional coordination of patient processes to ensure a smooth daily routine in the operating room

- Diploma as Specialist in Surgical Technology HF, Surgical Nurse OP FA, or equivalent
- Physical and mental resilience as well as the necessary calmness and concentration to maintain an overview even in hectic situations
- Enthusiasm for the latest technology, e.g., Da Vinci surgical robot Xi
