Polymechanic - Production Team Leader

• Technical and personnel management of the production team (approx. 10 employees)
• Support of employees with technical questions
• Active participation in the expansion of special vehicles
• Ensuring quality, deadlines, and costs
• Optimization and further development of processes and workflows
• Close cooperation with planning, purchasing, and project management

• Completed technical vocational training EFZ (e.g. automation technician, polymechanic, mechatronics technician)
• Several years of experience in vehicle or plant assembly, ideally in special vehicle construction
• First leadership experience or clear motivation to take on responsibility
• High technical understanding and enjoyment of individual customer solutions
• Very good German skills; English is an advantage
• Team-oriented, responsible personality with a hands-on mentality
