Your tasks include
- Overall management and responsibility for the nursing education area, especially for its independent planning, coordination, and review
- Leadership, support, and promotion of a small team of teachers, trainers, apprentices, and students
- Teaching nursing students HF in the in-house LTT according to the specifications of our partner school HFP in Olten
- Specialization in psychiatry for FaGe EFZ apprentices
- Regular updating/adjustment of the training concept
- Ensuring and evaluating pedagogical qualification and training quality
- Representation of nursing education internally and externally
- Maintenance of existing training cooperations
- Organization and supervision of trial internships and interns
You bring with you
- Education in nursing FH / HF and several years of psychiatric experience
- MAS in Adult and Professional Education (or near completion)
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable position
- Sound knowledge of the nursing education landscape and good networking with all involved stakeholders
- Understanding of professional politics with the challenge to contribute
- Independent, efficient, and service-oriented working style
- Strong professional, social, and self-competence with high self-leadership
- Joy and interest in interprofessional collaboration
- Very good communication skills and eloquence
