• Leading project meetings with customers on-site or at the Bussnang location
• Contact person for customers and suppliers
• Interface between external locations at customers and engineering
• Ensuring material availability at external locations (logistics, coordination) with our customers worldwide
• Supporting project management and employees at the external location to ensure high availability and reliability of vehicles at the customer
• Coordinating vehicle modifications on-site
• Collaboration with customers, engineering, and suppliers for product improvement

• Higher technical education (TS, FH) with project management flair
• Business management training is an advantage
• At least 5 years of professional experience required
• Very good German and English skills. French is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office
• Diplomatic and communicative personality with negotiation skills
• Enjoyment of planning and coordination tasks
• Team player with a high sense of responsibility
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Structured, goal-oriented, dynamic, and loyal personality
• Willingness to travel, including multi-week assignments at the customer's external location
