About the job
- You accompany and monitor patients during the night and take over their individual, needs- and resource-oriented treatment and counseling, e.g. on sleep-promoting measures.
- In a two-person team, you master complex situations and support the certified specialist during patient admissions at night.
- You are responsible for the maintenance of the ward at night and document all relevant events as well as your services precisely.
- If necessary, you also take shifts during the day service.
- You have completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ (for foreign diplomas, recognition or a positive pre-check by the Swiss Red Cross is required).
- You have experience in psychiatry, ideally in the care of elderly people, or are motivated to further educate yourself in this area.
- You enjoy working in a two-person team with a certified specialist at night and remain calm even in challenging situations.
- You are characterized by social competence, resilience, independence, and responsible work and can work well in an interdisciplinary team.
- You bring very good German skills (at least C1) as well as good IT skills for administrative tasks.
