What to Expect
Your area of responsibility primarily includes complex claims from property insurance. Additionally, you handle cases from liability law. Your tasks include:
- You independently process claims in the interest of our clients and, of course, in close communication with them.
- You review and assess various coverage and liability issues.
- You conduct out-of-court negotiations with opposing lawyers, insurance companies, and other claimants.
- You instruct our litigation lawyers in court proceedings.
- You bear professional responsibility in close collaboration with the claims inspectors .
- You support the team in combating insurance fraud with legal questions.
- You design and conduct professional training and presentations that make learning enjoyable and impress internal and external clients and partners.

Your professional qualifications:
- lic.iur. / MLaw, preferably with a bar exam
