Your mission:

You are responsible for providing social and financial assistance to people facing difficulties or lacking the necessary means to meet their essential vital and personal needs. More specifically, you will:

• Analyze user requests and determine their entitlement to financial benefits with the help of an administrative team.
• Support the user in administrative procedures with institutions active in the fields of social security, health, employment, housing, etc.
• Build a project with the user that promotes their integration and autonomy and collaborate closely with the Valais medico-social network.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in social work or equivalent training.
• Professional experience in social assistance would be a plus.
• Good knowledge of the Valais social network and social insurance.
• Rigor and methodology in social and administrative work.
• Relational qualities and strong interest in teamwork.
