At our headquarters in Frick, we operate the restaurant „Müllerhof“.
Originally a pure company restaurant, the „Müllerhof“ has now become a public restaurant with seven guest rooms. We offer „Znüni“, lunch, take-away, catering. To support our Müllerhof team, we are looking for a dynamic, flexible, and motivated personality as a Cook 60% (m/f/d) (Monday to Friday) starting immediately or by arrangement.
Tasks:
- Preparation of cold and hot dishes, mainly as Gardemanger 5 days a week
- Plating the lunch menu
- Compliance with hygiene regulations
- Deputizing for the kitchen manager
- Various cleaning tasks
- Support in other areas of the Müllerhof as needed
- Assistance with occasional weekend/evening events/apéros
Requirements:
- Completed cook training with professional experience (advantageous in a canteen operation)
- Good knowledge in the preparation of cold kitchen (Gardemanger)
- Independent and structured way of working
- Good manners and communication skills
- Good German skills, English skills are an advantage
- PC user skills
- Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
- Resident in the nearby area
