What You Can Achieve

• Setup and Operation: Independently set up and operate presses for the production of insulation materials in a 2-shift operation

• Quality Focus: You monitor the quality of the produced parts and ensure that our high standards are always met

• Material Management: You take care of the provision and management of the required raw materials to ensure smooth production flow

• Order Control: You independently coordinate manufacturing orders and ensure that production runs on schedule

• Quality Inspection: You regularly perform quality inspections on manufactured components – from individual parts to small series

• Maintenance and Upkeep: You are responsible for the maintenance and care of the presses and ensure that the machines are always ready for use

• Monitoring of Tools: You monitor the use of manufacturing aids and ensure that they are always available and functional

• Process Improvement: You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes to further increase efficiency and quality

What You Bring

• Completed training as a polymechanic, industrial mechanic, mold maker, carpenter, or in a similar profession with several years of experience in a comparable position

• Good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage

• You are a team player, work independently, and bring a high level of responsibility

• You have an excellent understanding of technical drawings and parts lists

• You are flexible, show initiative, and have a high willingness to perform

• Entrepreneurial thinking and a strong customer orientation characterize you
