In the Global Fund Registration department, you primarily support the legal representation of foreign collective investment schemes.

Through targeted onboarding and on-the-job training, you will gradually develop and take on more responsibility in the following areas:

• Maintaining mandates of existing clients
• Maintaining internal control and filing systems
• Preparation of applications for supervisory authorities
• Support in compliance with publication obligations
• Cooperation with internal departments
• Deadline management

What you should bring

• Completed or ongoing university studies (university of applied sciences/university) in economics or law
• Interest in the finance and fund industry (initial knowledge is an advantage but not a must)
• You are a reliable and responsible team player with a careful, precise working style
• Customer-oriented personality with excellent communication skills
• You have native-level German skills and good English skills
