About the job
To complement our team, we are looking for someone starting July 1, 2026, or by agreement:
You support our residents in their physical, social, and mental health. In doing so, you pay attention to a resource-oriented and respectful relationship. As a committed professional, you gladly take on responsibility, share your knowledge with your team colleagues and trainees, and actively participate in daily life activities.
You bring with you:
- Completed training as a nursing specialist HF or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in the dementia field
- You are empathetic and patient with people with cognitive impairments
- You put the residents and their needs at the center
About the dandelion
At the dandelion care center for people with dementia in Basel, 60 residents are cared for and supported in seven residential groups according to a milieu-therapeutic approach. Additionally, up to 12 guests visit our specialized day structure daily.
