Intern Social Work at the DAS Contact Point 80%
Are you looking for a responsible position starting September 1, 2026, limited to 6 months, in a low-threshold meeting place that supports people with various life challenges? Are you interested in working with individuals struggling with addiction and mental health issues? Then we look forward to your application.Your Tasks
- Take on supervisory and care duties, intervene in crisis situations, and build relationships
- Advise visitors, guide them, and triage if necessary
- Take measures to support hygiene and infection prophylaxis for HIV & Hepatitis
- Respond to medical concerns and provide first aid
- Ensure the seven-day operation of the contact point including the cafeteria
Your Profile
- Ongoing studies in social work at ZHAW
- Resilient, friendly, and eager to learn personality
- Enjoy working in a low-threshold (addiction) area
- Flexibility in work assignments / 7-day operation (max. 2 weekend shifts / month)
