Professional Guardian in Child Protection
In our institutions – Kinderheim Brugg, Stift Olsberg and Familynetwork – professionals work with pedagogical competence and heart to strengthen and support children, adolescents, and families.
Familynetwork specializes in foster care, socio-pedagogical family support, and mandate management.
Experienced professional guardians take on tasks in the area of mandate management in child and adult protection. The goal is to protect, support, and sustainably secure the rights and well-being of people in challenging life situations.

Your Tasks
- You independently and professionally manage mandates in the area of child protection according to the appointment certificate of the KESB.
- You advise and support children and their families empathetically and resource-oriented.
- You maintain constructive, interdisciplinary cooperation with authorities and other specialist agencies.
Your Skills
- You have a degree in social work or an equivalent qualification.
- Professional experience in child protection (CAS mandate management is an advantage).
- You have knowledge of child protection law.
- You act reflectively, responsibly, and independently.
