Your Tasks
- Planning and implementation of educational and nursing support for older adults with multiple disabilities
- Taking on departmental and key person responsibilities
- Participation in the planning and design of daily routines
- Collaboration with parents, authorities, and internal and external professionals
Your Profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist or FaGe
- Experience in supporting, caring for, and nursing people with cognitive support needs
- Openness to challenges in dealing with people with special needs
- Team-oriented, resilient, and committed personality
- Willingness to work on weekends

About the Sonnegarte Residential Home
Over 120 employees from the fields of care, nursing, and social pedagogy support and promote people with intellectual and multiple disabilities. The Sonnegarte Residential Home, which moved to a new building in St. Urban at the end of October 2023, is an organizational unit of Luzerner Psychiatrie AG.
