Logistics Specialist - Team Leader

• Leadership of 3 employees
• Process responsibility and collaboration in goods receipt
• Process responsibility as well as collaboration in internal logistics (storage/retrieval, order picking, management of Kanban, Milkrun)
• Recording of material movements and management of storage locations in the ERP system
• Identification and initiation of improvement potentials in the area of responsibility (Lean, KVP, Shopfloor Management)
• Collaboration in internal cross-departmental projects (e.g. logistics projects)

• Training as a logistics specialist
• Experience in personnel management
• Confident handling of warehouse management and ERP systems (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
• Good MS Office skills
• High quality and safety awareness
• Several years of professional experience in the warehouse area and general logistics processes
• Good communication skills with the team and other internal departments
