Job Description
This is a newly created position within a newly established function, offering a unique opportunity to shape and establish our recruitment strategy and operations in Switzerland, with potential expansion into Germany. As a Senior Recruiter, you will lead executive recruitment efforts while also being hands-on in operational hiring. You must be comfortable dealing with uncertainty and change, as you will be pivotal in building, innovating, and driving transformative recruitment processes for our organization
What you will do
Executive Recruitment:
- Lead the recruitment and selection process for executive-level positions, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
- Partner with leadership to understand current and future hiring needs
- Develop, implement and execute strategies to attract top talent.
Operational Recruitment:
- Manage day-to-day recruitment processes for various operational roles.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure timely and quality hiring.
- Utilize innovative sourcing methods to build strong candidate pipelines
Process Optimization:
- Continuously reviewing and enhancing the executive recruitment process to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with best practices and evolving business needs.
- Implement creative solutions to adapt recruitment strategy to evolving business needs.
Qualifications
What you need to be successful

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.

Extensive experience in recruiting, with a focus on executive search and placement, typically 7+ years.

Proven track record in sourcing and placing senior-level candidates in leadership roles across various industries.

Strong experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Demonstrated success in negotiations of complex employment contracts and compensation packages.
