At the Kirchberg site, the intact foundation operates a property service focusing on building maintenance and cleaning, garden care and maintenance, as well as a bicycle delivery service for private individuals and companies. For assignments in Burgdorf, there is a local base organized from Kirchberg.
An interdisciplinary management team of 4 people supports around 15-20 participants.
We are looking for a Site Manager Property Service/Garden, 80%, for the Kirchberg site starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks are
- Responsibility for the Kirchberg site
- Leading 3 employees and 15-20 participants
- Educational support, guidance and promotion of participants and active collaboration
- Organization and acquisition for the property and home delivery service as well as garden assignments
- Reporting of assignments and preparation of invoicing
- Further development of the Kirchberg site and implementation of strategic goals
- Network maintenance and communication internally and externally
- Quality assurance of processes and assignments
- Introduction of employees, training and occupational safety
Your profile
You bring several years of professional experience and training or further education in facility maintenance, facility management or janitorial services and are familiar with educational work. You have business management knowledge, leadership experience, and a flair for network maintenance. Ideally, you also have training or further education in the social field. The tension between work integration and professional service challenges and motivates you. You are humorous, flexible, and resilient. You like to tackle changes in a solution-oriented way. Working with a wide variety of people brings you joy.
