Machining Mechanic

As part of a replacement for one of the team members, we are looking for a machining mechanic who will have the following tasks:

• 3-4-5 axis CNC machining for prototyping single parts or small series

CAM: transfer from Solidworks > Esprit-TNG > Haas CNC

• Computer skills: CAD, CAM, software updates, licenses, configurations, simulations, file exchanges and conversions, tool templates, diagnostic & remote maintenance software for PC & software by our suppliers

• Analysis and adaptation of plans and 3D in direct discussion with our internal clients

• Tool strategies, maintenance of parts in rough and finishing stages

• Good basics in conventional machining and metrology control of parts

• Ease in sharing knowledge and work with colleagues

You will be involved in advancing the CNC programming and machining process (software: ESPRIT TNG) on 3 and 5 axis milling and CNC turning, in collaboration with our workshop referent YZ.

For this, we need the following skills:

• Have a good background in programming and machining single parts to small series.

• Versatility on conventional machines in turning (Schaublin 102) / punching machine Fehlmann / grinding.

• Knowledge of Trak machine would be a plus.

• Mastery of traditional measuring instruments.

Graduated with a Bachelor, License or ES Technician degree, you have at least 5 years of experience in an industrial environment.
