To strengthen our Spitex Solothurnisches und Mittleres Leimental, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start for a:

Specialist Responsibility for Nursing Development - Spitex (50%)

Your tasks with us:

• Promotion and further development of evidence-based nursing & quality
• Implementation and evaluation of nursing processes and concepts in close cooperation with the relevant interfaces
• Assistance in direct nursing and taking over case management in complex client situations as needed
• Professional representation of Spitex at ERFA & working groups
• Leadership and/or participation in specialist projects
• Participation in the assessment of nursing needs (RAI-HC)

Our expectations of you:

• Completed training as a certified nurse HF

• Experience in the outpatient sector as well as in RAI-HC is an advantage

• High social competence, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team

• Enjoyment of innovation and change

• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
