The WISS Schools for Business, Computer Science and Real Estate have been supporting people on their educational path for over 40 years – personally, professionally and future-oriented. To strengthen our educational consulting team in Zurich, we are looking for an empathetic, communicative and committed personality with drive, heart and structure by arrangement. Someone who inspires people, excites them and supports them with genuine advice. Your main tasks  You conduct counseling sessions – in person, by phone or digitally – and accompany interested parties until registration.  You plan and moderate information events with sensitivity for people and topics.  You set impulses for sales and customer retention activities and contribute new ideas.  You perform administrative tasks confidently and maintain our school administration database diligently.  You drive projects forward and actively shape the further development of our consulting and the continuous progress of WISS. What you bring  Several years of experience in consulting, sales or a service-oriented environment.  Very good German skills in spoken and written form; additional languages are a plus.  Enjoyment of dialogue, talent for communication and genuine interest in the people you advise.  An educational background in commercial or business administration.  You are familiar with the Swiss education landscape – personally or professionally  Experienced handling of digital tools (Office 365) and openness to using new technologies in AI, CRM and other collaborative systems  With structure, reliability and initiative, you actively contribute – in an environment that not only allows but promotes openness, thinking along and the courage to take new paths.  You combine organizational talent with drive and team spirit – and convince with your authentic way of really pushing things forward.
