Your Mission and Your Team

As a real estate expert with location responsibility in Bern, you lead a dedicated team both professionally and personally and are responsible for demanding valuation and consulting mandates in the Greater Bern region and the Mittelland. You strengthen our market presence through targeted network building and active acquisition, ensure the reliable implementation of mandates with high quality and economic discipline, and consistently develop the local team.

Your Tasks

Professional and personnel management of employees in the valuation area at the Bern location.
Active development and sustainable maintenance of a strong network in the Bern/Mittelland region.
Acquisition of new and further development of existing customer relationships.
Project management and execution of valuation mandates, including customer communication, resource, and schedule management.
Ensuring the highest quality and methodological standards as well as professional excellence.
Close collaboration with partners and leaders within the company.

Qualifications

Your Qualification

Several years of experience in real estate valuation, ideally in a consulting or service environment.
Very good knowledge of the real estate market in the Greater Bern region and Mittelland and willingness to have a clear personal presence at the location.
Experience in managing complex valuation and consulting mandates.
Leadership experience and enjoyment in developing employees.
High quality awareness, entrepreneurial thinking, and confident demeanor towards demanding clients.
Languages: German as a native language with very good knowledge of French; English skills are an advantage.
