• You are flexible and willing to work on Saturdays as well

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT

• Together with the deputy branch manager, you are responsible for your JYSK branch.
• You lead and coach your team to optimally prepare the branch for sales and customers, according to our JYSK Leadership values
• You analyze key figures, set goals, and motivate your team accordingly
• You implement store concepts and routines
• You recruit, onboard new colleagues, and further develop the existing team
