About the job
Workplace in historic St. Urban near Langenthal, at the canton triangle BE/AG/LU. Here awaits you an extraordinary leadership and design task.
Murhof AG in St. Urban, a district of the municipality of Pfaffnau, offers around 60 residents a familiar home with comprehensive services in a family-like and personal atmosphere. Around 80 employees (60 full-time positions) are committed daily to a high quality of life and care. At the same time, Murhof faces a pioneering development: With the project "Murhof – Living in Community" a new care home with 72 care places as well as around 40 retirement apartments is to be realised in the coming years and the future sponsorship structure further developed. For this exciting future task, we are looking for an entrepreneurially minded
overall management personality
from the healthcare sector or related services (hospitality or similar)
Together with the board of directors and the future new sponsorship, you will shape the strategic further development of Murhof. At the same time, you bear overall responsibility for the ongoing operation and develop it economically, qualitatively and organisationally in a consistent manner.
You lead and develop the management and the executive team, create clear structures and responsibilities, and promote a culture of personal responsibility, collaboration and enjoyment of the shared task. Together with the management team members, you implement the operational goals and further develop Murhof as an attractive employer. You are responsible for the business management control and the continuous further development of organisation, quality and processes. In the project "Murhof – Living in Community" you bring in the operational perspective and form the interface between the board of directors, sponsorship, building commission and operation. Together with the management and the executive team, you maintain a proactive exchange with the various stakeholders and represent Murhof convincingly and with pleasure both internally and externally.
We are addressing an experienced, business-savvy leader with several years of experience in an overall management role and appropriate training. You combine entrepreneurial and holistic thinking with social competence, initiative and natural authority. You promote self-determined living at Murhof and place great value on empathetic, binding and constructive collaboration.
Interested? We look forward to your application.
