To strengthen our team in maintenance cleaning in the Basel region, we are looking for a team leader (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Team Leader for Maintenance Cleaning (m/f/d) 100%

Your tasks:

• You actively participate in the daily cleaning tasks at your sites and independently organise the maintenance cleaning on site.
• You plan the assignments of your small team, provide professional guidance to your employees, and thoroughly introduce new team members to their tasks.
• You ensure the correct execution of work, conduct quality controls, and consistently ensure compliance with all safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.
• You take care of the proper maintenance and simple upkeep of the cleaning equipment and materials used.
• You are the competent and friendly contact person for our customers regarding all operational concerns directly on site.

Your profile:

• You must have experience in maintenance cleaning – experience in leading small teams is a great advantage.
• You are well versed in modern cleaning techniques, material knowledge, as well as occupational safety and health protection.
• Your working style is characterised by reliability, independence, and structured organisation.
• You are physically fit, resilient, and keep an overview even in hectic times.
• You have good German language skills (level B1), enabling smooth communication with your team and our customers.
