Your tasks

• You independently process orders for dental devices and practice equipment and ensure efficient handling.
• You create and maintain precise offers that meet the needs of our customers.
• You take care of order confirmations and leasing offers and advise on financing options.
• You coordinate orders directly with the manufacturer and monitor the entire process.
• You create and manage rental contracts for flexible usage options.
• You submit approval applications for X-ray devices and ensure compliance with all requirements.
• You support our customers and field service by phone and email, keep them informed about order status, and monitor appointments.
• You maintain and update article master data in the system.
• You perform incoming goods inspection, store goods, pick them, and ensure efficient warehouse management.
• You ensure that product documentation is always up-to-date and available.

Your profile

• You have a commercial education and solid professional experience.
• Ideally, you have experience in investment goods or in the dental industry.
• You have a strong affinity for numbers and are characterized by error-free and precise work with numbers.
• You are IT-savvy, confident in MS Office, and ideally have experience with SAP and tools like Asana.
• You have very good command of the German language and grammar and can also communicate in English.
• You are open to new things and can quickly implement what you have learned.
• You enjoy working in a team and are characterized by a friendly, balanced demeanor.
• You keep an overview even in stressful situations and work reliably and efficiently.
• You act proactively, are quality-conscious, and solution-oriented.
