• Supervise a highly experienced and high-performing team of employees in French-speaking Switzerland, distributed with your other coach colleague with whom you work closely. Your main workplace is Lausanne, and you regularly travel to ensure proximity with your team
• Ensure, with your team, a customer-oriented, efficient, and professionally correct handling of expert assessments
• Lead internal working groups within the department and participate in cross-functional projects (for example transformation projects, cultural issues)
• Support employees in stressful situations and for demanding customer requests
• Be responsible, at the national and cross-functional level, for various specific topics and proactively exchange with other coaches as well as specialists

• A basic training in automotive technology, complemented by business management training and several years of practical experience in an operational environment close to the customer
• Several years of professional and commercial experience in the automotive sector in a management position
• Team spirit, excellent social skills, and ability to persuade
• Ability to analyze complex situations, organizational skills, and strong methodological skills
• Fluency in French as a native language, good written and spoken knowledge of German
