Tasks

• You independently and confidently carry out the planned care and support tasks and assist in the care of residents in crisis situations.
• You report observations, provide objective reports and document completely and clearly.
• You assist with activating, reactivating and maintaining therapeutic care and support tasks and are familiar with the care and support-related needs and wishes of the residents and their relatives.
• You support our apprentices throughout their training period together with the main professional trainers and the person responsible for vocational training.

Profile

• Responsible, reliable and precise working style
• Good German skills in spoken and written form, very good IT skills and ideally knowledge of EasyDok
• Training as a Health Specialist EFZ with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad
• A heart for our residents
• A sense of humour with the ability to contribute constructively in an intercultural and multinational environment

The annual salary for this position ranges depending on experience between CHF 70,300.– and CHF 93,936.– (100%).

The Health Centre for the Elderly Wolfswinkel is located in the thriving Affoltern district in District 11 and offers residents a homely environment with all amenities.
