- You lead the IT Service Desk and ensure a high-quality, service-oriented service
- You ensure quick solutions, clear processes, and compliance with KPIs (ticket response times, service quality)
- You actively participate in support (OnSite, incident handling, M365, Mobile Order Management, Mobile Device Management)
- You identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and provide orientation to the team
- You support IT projects and take responsibility in critical situations
Your profile
- Completed IT training or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in IT support and team leadership
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, ticketing systems, Mobile Device Management
- Very good German and French spoken and written. Good English skills are an advantage
- Structured, solution-oriented personality with strategic foresight
- Service orientation and reliability, with high commitment
- Communicative, open personality with fair dealings
- Team player with a cooperative working style
