Office for Industry and Trade (KIGA) | 50-100% | Chur

The Office for Industry, Trade and Labor (KIGA) currently employs around 135 staff in six regions in the canton of Graubünden. In addition to public employment services (RAV), we organize labor market measures for job seekers and manage the cantonal unemployment fund. Furthermore, we carry out various tasks in the areas of labor market and occupational safety.

We are looking for a clerk for the Legal Service department from September 1, 2026, or by agreement (50-100%), preferably with the assumption of the role of an ICT power user.

Your area of responsibility

Clerical work in the area of unemployment insurance
Issuance of orders and decisions in the area of the Unemployment Insurance Act
Independent management of correspondence in German and Italian
Data maintenance and document management in the specialized systems
ICT power user: First contact person for IT problems at KIGA
General administrative tasks

What we expect from you

Completed commercial or equivalent training
Several years of professional experience in clerical work, preferably in social insurance
Very good oral and written Italian skills
Very good oral and written German skills
Very good knowledge of common Office programs as well as secure IT user skills
Friendly and professional appearance
Strong communication skills in dealing with different target groups
Flexibility, teamwork, and discretion
Training or further education in IT and/or professional experience in ICT support is an advantage
