By developing and maintaining a modern, robust infrastructure, we guarantee reliable, high-quality services for Pictet wealth management, asset management and real estate clients.

The scope of the function is to be a key point of contact for our business and technical stakeholders for all TA-related matters with a focus on the operational part of the activity.  

Your role

• Understand business need and translate that need into specification.
  


• Understand topics related to Transfer Agent activity (including register/ AML activity) and provide analysis of impacts upon requests (with or without IT impacts)
  


• Work under the Head of TA responsibility, and act as coordinator between IT Stakeholders and Business / Client ; work closely with the product owner and SME
  


• Follow delivery of the projects roadmap through the projects assigned to you. The follow-up will include planning, budget, specification, change management and coordination with all stakeholders.
  


• Set up and facilitate communication and discussion with our clients, and other departments of the Pictet Group and to exchange and collaborate with them and propose resolutions on data (and systems) problems, issues and change requests.
  


• Assume ownership of the project assigned to you: to raise on time any issues which may happen and communicate regularly with senior management.

Your profile

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or Management 


• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position and/or an operational role in Funds Administration


• Fluent in french and english 


• Excellent understanding of the Transfer Agent domain.


• Ability to understand the technology to easily communicate with IT Stakeholders.


• Proficient user of Microsoft Office tools


• Knowledge of some BI tools (Tableau or Business Objects).


• Convincing speaker, ability to synthesize complex issues and tailor the message to your audience.


• Self-motivated, independent, flexible and well organized.


• As a strong team player, you work transparently and are motivated by the team’s collective success.
