Your main tasks include
- Comprehensive customer care & expansion: You are the central contact person for our existing customers. You proactively maintain relationships and specifically identify potentials to sustainably deepen cooperation.
- Precise quotation management: You are responsible for the detailed calculation of technical projects and create individual offers that are exactly tailored to the needs of our customers.
- Expert advice: With your technical understanding, you comprehensively advise customers on our service portfolio and develop optimal solutions together with them.
- Successful sales closing: You conduct offer and contract negotiations confidently and purposefully until successful completion.
- Interface to technology: You carefully prepare all necessary production data and initiate the official production kickoff to ensure a smooth project start.
- Efficient coordination: As a communicative hub, you ensure the flow of information between the field service and production, thus ensuring a first-class customer journey.
- Structured back office: You reliably handle administrative tasks and contribute to transparency in sales through precise reporting.
You bring with you
- Solid expertise: You have experience in sales, ideally with know-how in electronics manufacturing or a comparable technical industry.
- Customer-oriented personality: You enjoy direct interaction with customers and convince through a winning manner and sensitivity in relationship management.
- Methodical working style: You work very independently and structured and keep your goals and quality firmly in view even in intense phases.
- Communication talent: You possess pronounced negotiation skills and are able to convey complex matters clearly and convincingly.
- Linguistic fluency: Your German and English skills are negotiation-safe; knowledge of French or Italian is a valuable plus.
