As an innovative SME, we operate in elevator construction and are mainly based in Central Switzerland. We plan, produce, and overhaul elevators of all kinds. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual from April 2026 or by arrangement who combines expertise with leadership strength.

YOUR TASKS
• Team leadership: Leading and developing the Technical Purchasing team with three employees
• Operational purchasing: Ensuring timely and cost-efficient procurement of components, parts, and systems
• Supplier management: Strategic selection and qualification of suppliers as well as independent management of price, terms, and contract negotiations
• Process optimization: Ensuring purchasing quality, further developing purchasing processes according to ISO 9001, evaluating relevant key figures, and initiating appropriate measures
• Warehouse management: Organizing and optimizing all warehouse processes including material availability and inventory control
• Personnel development: Promoting and qualifying team members
YOUR PROFILE
• Several years of professional experience in technical purchasing and warehouse management – You know the requirements of a manufacturing company
• Leadership experience – You enjoy supporting people and further developing processes
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in supplier management – You sustainably expand our partnerships
• Confident handling of MS Office, Navision is an advantage
