- You have a completed BSc in Business Law or MLaw from a Swiss university and bring several years of insurance experience, ideally in the claims area.
- You are an empathetic and experienced leader and able to maintain high-level stakeholder management.
- You bring strong analytical skills as well as interconnected thinking, assertiveness, pronounced social competence, and a confident appearance.
- You have a high degree of initiative, motivation, communicative flair, and the willingness to learn and test new things daily.
- You have business fluent German skills. French and English skills are an advantage.
