WHAT YOU WILL DO

• You actively participate in conducting regular and limited audits for our SME clients of various company sizes, legal forms, and industries (industry, trading companies, construction, healthcare, non-profit organizations, startups)
• You assess business processes and advise on accounting questions according to various accounting standards (Swiss Code of Obligations, Swiss GAAP FER, international standards)
• You assist in auditing annual and consolidated financial statements, special audits, and internal control system audits
• With increasing professional experience and expertise, you will gradually take on more responsibility in mandates and soon conduct smaller audits independently

WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL

• You have completed a degree in economics (Bachelor or Master) or are in the final semesters before graduation
• Alternatively, you have recently obtained the fiduciary or finance and accounting specialist certificate or are in training for it
• You are an interested, committed, and enthusiastic personality who enjoys direct customer contact and values teamwork
• You have a high willingness to learn, a strong affinity for numbers, and work quality-oriented and efficiently
• You possess differentiated communication skills in German (written and spoken); English skills are also welcome
