Area of responsibility

Development and optimization of pharmaceutical formulations taking into account technological and regulatory requirements

Independent planning, execution, and evaluation of development trials as well as preparation of development documentation (protocols, reports, MBRs, formulations in the SAP system)

Responsibility for the execution and supervision of manufacturing processes and development batches including in-process controls and GMP-compliant documentation

Close (daily) collaboration and regular reporting to the project manager to ensure the scientific-technological implementation of project goals

Close cooperation with adjacent departments (e.g., Analytical Quality Control, Production, Engineering, Purchasing, Quality Assurance)

Technological research on new excipients, processes, and platforms for the further development of formulation approaches and technologies

Promotion of the implementation of new manufacturing technologies as well as continuous improvement of processes, workflows, and structures in the field of pharmaceutical development/galenics

Responsibility for compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards within the scope of project work

Your profile

Completed studies in pharmacy, pharmaceutical technology, chemistry, or a comparable field

Experience in the development of pharmaceutical formulations and knowledge of common manufacturing processes is an advantage

Confident handling of development and production technologies (e.g., granulation, tableting, coating)

Knowledge of regulatory requirements (GMP, ICH, pharmacopoeias) and in the preparation of technical development documentation

Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written

Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style

High teamwork skills, good communication skills, and customer orientation
