What to expect
- You independently develop your customer base in the public sector and actively drive revenue growth
- You acquire new customers, reactivate inactive accounts, and utilize cross-selling potentials with existing partners
- You maintain close customer contacts at all hierarchy levels, recognize decision-making structures, and implement targeted measures to achieve goals
- You create offers, orders, and contracts, prepare sales budgets, and ensure correct CRM data maintenance
- You work closely with internal departments such as purchasing, marketing, and product management to realize customer-specific solutions
- You represent our company at trade fairs, partner, and customer events
What you bring
- Completed commercial or technical basic training, supplemented by further training in sales and/or marketing
- 2–3 years of professional experience in B2B sales, ideally in consumer electronics, electrical, office and school supplies, or IT
- Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as confident appearance at all decision-making levels
- High initiative, analytical and structured working style, and enjoyment in acquiring new customers
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; knowledge of additional languages such as English, French, or Italian is an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
- High willingness to travel (approx. 60%) within your sales area
