Your Tasks
- Ensuring a professional and traceable returns and repair process as well as carrying out professional and timely lock repairs
- Acceptance and execution of repairs as well as preparation of cost estimates
- Carrying out express repairs in-house or on-site with the customer
- Handling of lock conversions
- Processing returns to suppliers and ensuring the flow of information back to sales regarding billing to the customer
- Point of contact for customers, product managers, and employees regarding technical questions
- Monitoring and following up on repair cases as well as closing support cases including invoicing
- Execution of repairs including documentation for the identification of product defects
- Incoming inspection of material returns from trade, projects, or supplier repairs
- Assisting in the production of construction orders according to quality specifications through a 4-eye check of the manufactured products
- Ensuring interfaces to logistics, purchasing, sales, and product management
- Preparation of shop floor meetings including the creation of return statistics
Our Requirements
- Completed technical, mechanical, or electrical training
- Experience in handling and executing repairs and warranties
- Commercial training is an advantage
- Fluent German skills, French and Italian are an advantage
