The Weisse Arena Group in LAAX is a pioneer in alpine tourism and an enthusiastic community for unique mountain adventures. As Guest Experience Manager, you are the heart of our guest experience. You bring the threads together, understand and support both the hotel industry and other businesses within the resort in fulfilling the experience promise, and contribute significantly to the sale of the respective services. Your workplace is as diverse as LAAX itself – from working at the front office to accompanying groups on the mountain, organizing guest events, and supporting management with special projects.
- Ensuring and continuously improving the guest experience in all areas of the resort
- Close collaboration with various departments to ensure a seamless and unforgettable stay for our guests
- Supporting management in implementing specific projects and initiatives.
- Responsibility for organizing and conducting the resort-wide guest program, including seasonal special concepts such as Christmas, Easter, or New Year's Eve
- Active participation at the front office and direct interaction with our guests.
- Organizing and accompanying VIP trips from around the world
- Co-developing, implementing, and training internal standards for all touchpoints for front and back office
- Using your tourism knowledge and business understanding to develop and implement innovative solutions
- You have solid knowledge of common booking and management systems as well as a deep understanding of tourism
- You think networked, forward, and are skilled in conversations with guests as well as respectful in dealing with your colleagues from other departments
- You have a sense for trends and developments in the tourism industry and can apply this to our operation
- Business understanding, impeccable manners, and operational experience complete your profile
- You are a team player with a hands-on mentality and a passion for excellent service
