The Legal team of Institutional Clients & Investments in Zurich offers a unique opportunity to grow and develop in a successful and diverse environment. You will be part of an international Legal & Compliance department and working closely with our business partners and control functions to provide legal expertise on a wide scope of topics, from setting up investment funds , drafting legal fund documentation and investment management contracts, assessing legal and regulatory developments, to interacting with regulatory authorities and other stakeholders.In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Legal Switzerland and interact with clients, regulators and auditors, working closely with portfolio management, trading, product and sales specialists, and control functions.
