Main tasks

• Posting and reconciliation of all incoming payments from bank transactions including QR invoices as well as direct payments to IBAN accounts
• Preparation, processing, and thorough analysis of group-wide accounts receivable reporting to support financial control processes including forecasting
• Independent handling of dunning, debt collection, and enforcement procedures including initiation of appropriate escalation measures
• Ongoing monitoring of open items as well as close coordination and alignment with relevant internal departments
• Professional support, promotion, and supervision of the apprentice throughout the entire training period in the accounts receivable area
• Interface function between customers, sales, sales support, and contract billing on billing-relevant topics
• Support in internal and external audits as well as provision of relevant accounts receivable documents and evaluations
• Uploading invoices to various customer and billing portals
• Active participation in stabilizing and optimizing a partially suboptimal accounts receivable structure with high personal responsibility

Education

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further education in accounting

Profile

• At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in accounts receivable management in a comparable key position
• Very good expertise in dunning, debt collection, and enforcement processes
• Confidence in professional and solution-oriented customer communication
• High degree of independence, assertiveness, and structured working style
• Willingness and ability to quickly and confidently familiarize yourself with the Movex system
• Strong sense of responsibility and hands-on mentality
