Trainer / Designer (m/f/d)

Your tasks

Professional and organizational support of apprentices, focusing on the 1st and 2nd year of apprenticeship
Responsibility, planning, organization, and further development of the training
Planning and coordination of suitable interdisciplinary projects from the development environment for the apprentices as well as their coaching and support
Communication with all stakeholders such as parents, schools, authorities, and internal customers
Support of the engineering team in design work and projects
Participation in specialist groups according to your skills

Your profile

You have a basic education as a designer and several years of professional experience in design
You have completed further training as a trainer
You enjoy training young professionals, have pedagogical and organizational skills, and strong social competence
Ideally, you have experience with PTC Creo and Windchill
You have a positive work attitude, strong teamwork skills, and enjoy developing products together with other disciplines
Fluent German and English skills (B1 level) complete your profile
