Head Chef 100% - Central Switzerland
We are a small family business in the fourth generation, serving and delighting guests for over 100 years. The hotel has 40 beds (12 comfort – and 7 nostalgic rooms), the restaurant has about 40 seats, and the terrace with its unique view about 25. Our culinary motto is: «Cooked with love, eaten with joy, healthy
and colorful and always in harmony with nature».
We, the young team of Hotel Gletscherblick on the sunny Hasliberg, are looking for a
Head Chef 100%
starting May 2025 or by arrangement.
You have a professional chef EFZ qualification and are an upbeat personality who likes to get involved and knows how to inspire guests with great joy and passion. Unique and freshly prepared daily: just like our kitchen, your motivation is to always delight our guests anew.
You ensure the smooth operation in the kitchen and the seasonal dishes produced with passion, using the best ingredients from the region.
You are responsible for purchasing food and implementing hygiene standards according to HACCP.
You are allowed and encouraged to be creative, as we offer you plenty of freedom to design the menu and dishes and to develop a healthy
kitchen concept with us.
