Do you want to drive the digitalization of healthcare forward? You take on the role of the primary contact person for our customers, analyze their needs, and support them with professional advice and project management in mapping clinical processes in KISIM.

Your tasks and responsibilities include

• Overall responsibility for the planning, control, and implementation of Digital Health projects such as the introduction of our hospital information system KISIM, AI solutions, or integration of third-party solutions in Swiss hospitals
• Supporting customers in the long-term planning of the further development of their KISIM installations
• Ensuring budget, schedule, quality, and goal achievement
• Identifying risks and active risk management
• Communication with internal and external stakeholders at all hierarchy levels

Your profile

• Proven success as a project manager in software development, ideally with a track record in healthcare or life sciences
• Knowledge of Digital Health technologies (e.g., patient portals, apps, interoperability, data platforms) and/or clinical environment
• Experience with agile methods (e.g., SAFe, Scrum) and/or classical project management standards (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2)
• Completed technical, scientific, or business studies
• Strong communication skills, assertive, structured
• Fluent in German and English, French is a great advantage (spoken & written)
• High initiative and solution orientation
