Your Monthly Mise en Place
- Responsibility: You work closely with establishments and central interfaces such as HR, Finance, F&B, and Marketing. Together you pursue goals and implement them efficiently.
- Service area: You are the first point of contact for the establishments, develop creative ideas and pragmatic solutions, and are ready to regularly visit our locations.
- Hands-on mentality: You like to be on site, support leadership topics, and accompany the teams in a solution-oriented manner.
- Leadership and teamwork: You lead with clarity and empathy, work on equal footing with different personalities, and keep an overview even in complex situations.
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in a leadership role, e.g., as Operations Manager, Project Manager Operations, Deputy Head of Operations, or in system gastronomy as, for example, Branch Manager, Operations Manager, Store Manager, Regional Manager, or similar
- Solid experience in employee leadership as well as business management understanding
- Structured, process-oriented working style with joy in interface management
- Solution-oriented personality who actively shapes change
