We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated and experienced caretaker with technical flair 80% - 100%

In this interdisciplinary role, you support the planning, monitoring, and execution of maintenance and repair work. You are responsible for building-technical acquisitions, the maintenance of infrastructures, furniture, surroundings, and building technology. It is advantageous if you have training as a safety officer (SIBE).

What you bring:

• A completed craft or technical basic training with further education as a caretaker with a federal diploma
• Completed further education as a safety officer
• Further training and/or professional experience in maintenance and energy management are advantageous
• Economic thinking and acting in the interest of the foundation
• You identify with the values of the St. Jakob Foundation and live them daily
• Flawless German language skills, spoken and written
• Convincing and committed personality
• A passionate team spirit, patience and resilience as well as empathy and motivation
• Willingness to perform on-call duties
• Category B driving license and polite manners
• Impeccable reputation
